Sure it’s nice to get together with friends and/or family, gather up some blankets, chairs, snacks and plenty of mosquito repellent, and then find a scenic spot to sit and watch some 4th of July fireworks. It always seems to take ages for the sun to set and the sky to darken sufficiently for the show to begin. And then, once it does start, plenty of delighted “oohs” and “ahhs” fill the air until the show builds to a bombastic climax and everyone cheers and applauds and eventually makes their way back home through a haze of post-fireworks smoke.
But what if the entire fireworks show took place in a matter of seconds? If you were in San Diego on July 4th, then you probably know. The awesome photo you see here, taken by Ben Baller, captures the incredible moment when some sort of “technical error” caused 18 minute’s worth of fireworks to be launched in only 15 seconds. It’s a pretty spectacular capture.
What’s more, you can see video of the brief but brilliant show here. If the sounds of the crowd are any indication, people were delighted by the short spectacle.

Just another day for Floyd Mayweather (by lockinbiz)

DJ Ben Baller rides with Mayweather’s mansion to the casino to pick up his 110 racks (on racks on racks) and he talks a little about what’s on his mind and how he rolls. crazy because they don’t allow cameras inside a casino ever, let alone to be on the phone or film inside the sports book, but since he’s such a monster with the wagering, they don’t care
